The "Red" Greenhouse

The greenhouse is almost done!! We finished the actual 'building structure,' but still have to do the hoop and plastic part.

All these tubes look like octopus legs. They'll help to keep the temperature regulated with heat or cool air. 

We had A LOT of dirt to spread out evenly. The kids helped...sort of :)

It looked really nice after. Sort of like carpet looks right after you vacuum. I told the kids not to step on the dirt. That didn't last too long, same as carpet. Dang! 

We were deciding between the colors of red and green to paint it. We chose red because the green we had was way to Christmasy. It would have looked like a giant Christmas tree. But the red is really nice and looks sharp!

From this side it looks like a little house, it's cute. The metal framing hoops will go from the highest part if the roof and bend over down to the ground and then we'll put the polycarbonate (white plastic type stuff) on the hoop part. A lot of people have stopped on the road and asked Kody what he's building. It looks good!!
