It's always a nice time when it gets warm enough outside to start wearing short sleeves and sorts! And since we live in AZ, that usually hits about March. :)
Kody worked over at his sisters house to finis up some little details on the pool, and build the bathroom house. He put in a drinking fountain, so of course he and Jace had to test it out. :)
We were in Phoenix for my nephew's baby blessing and enjoyed the warmth and running around on the year round green grass.
We hit up the Phoenix temple and walked all around the grounds. So pretty!
Our family with my dad and his parents who were visiting from Michigan. One cool thing about the baby blessing was that my nephew Kasen, his real name is Charles William Baird IV. It was so neat to have the 3 previous Charlies there to bless him. Not many kids can say they're a 4th!
Spring time means baby goats! Jace loves to go outside and "go see the dotes!"
Spring also means planting! Here's about 600 tomato plants we started in the green house in March.
We had some of the cousins come up for a visit and we all met at the park for an Easter egg hunt and a family game of baseball and soccer. It was fun times!
On Good Friday, we did the annual tradition of reenacting the Passover.
We all dressed up and made the "5 day journey to Jerusalem" barefoot.
Once there, we all had our feet washed.
And then enjoyed the Feast of the Passover! I love that this has become a tradition for all of us here!
On Easter weekend, all of us went up to Williams and went camping. It was fun to be together with all of the family. We enjoyed a lovely hike and a fun game of pinecone baseball.
This is Stillwater Canyon, (Not officially. This watering hole was named by the Collier and Nickle families. This is where Kody and some of his sibling and Nickle family friends were baptized.
Easter Sunday was lovely! New dresses and ties for Easter are always fun! I love that there is an official day to celebrate Him and His life. Jesus Christ really LIVES! Really. Like, for real! He is alive and well and I'm so grateful for that!
April means it's getting warmer, which means it's about time to start swimming!
