This morning Kod-Man and I ran a 10K race. It went pretty well. It was cold and windy, like 57 degrees and 20mph winds, but still fun! I ran all 6.2 miles without stopping and my time was 1:02:36 which beats my previos record by 3 minutes. Kody's time was 1:01:01. We're a bit sore and tired, but glad we did it! Next up will be a half marathon......but I don't know when. Until then....Happy Running!
