Jace is 4!

Our little Jace-a-schmase had a birthday and turned 4! For weeks he had been talking about wanting a police suit for his birthday. I think this inspiration came when we went to my brother's graduation from the police academy. That was months ago, and Jace has mentioned it ever since. So, he got a whole gitup. I had to convince him that night that he could not sleep in it. That was a process, but we finally made a deal. He was able to sleep in the pants. :)

Oh, how we love our Jace! At the age of 4, Jace has surpassed all our other kids with whit, comprehension, work ethic, and smarts. He's beyond all the other kids when they were 4. He sure does complete our family. He's a real blessing to us all!

We had a fun little outing to one of the nearby rivers. Some parts of the ground still had snow, but we enjoyed a little hike and the fresh air. Seriously, of all the places we've lived, La Grande has the BEST smelling air!!!
