Kamille's 11th Birthday

Our not so little Kamilles is 11! Having a birthday close to Christmas can be somewhat difficult sometimes. But having a birthday close to Christmas AND preparing for a move 3 days later, becomes a little absurd. So, we had to forgo a big celebration this year for Kamille and just had close friends over for some Mint Oreo Ice Cream Cake. Kamille's fave. It was a nice evening.

 

 

Our neighbor Anita came over once again (as she has with all of us who have had a birthday) and brought cupcakes and other yummies. We will miss Anita & Ron. They have been such a kind, caring, generous couple. 

 

 

Kamille really is quite a remarkable young lady. She is well poised, smart, a great reader, mature beyond her years, a really good artist, an excellent mother hen to the other little chicks, and an all-around happy girl. I'm so thankful she came to our family. We love Kamilles so much!
