Kody's Birthday

Kody turned 33 last week. We celebrated by going as a family to see the movie "How to Trsin Your Dragin 2."

It was a cute movie and of course the kids enjoyed it and the popcorn. We haven't been to the movies as a family for almost a year, so it was time. Kody got to pick what he wanted to do, and we all thought he made a good choice :) 

After the movie we headed over to Dairy Queen for some yummy ice cream!

Then we came home and opened presents. Kody got a Costco size 48 count of Snickers bars, his favorite. And some Reece's. He was a happy camper. The more useful things like work pants and work shirts are coming later. 

We forwent the cake and I made Amish  Friendship bread instead. He was happy about that. It's so delish! Kosette helped him blow out the candles. 

We're all very thankful for Kody and the good, hard working man he is. He's a great dad and the kids just love him. It helps that he's a big kid at heart :)
